Venturing into screen printing at home recently. First job: Christmas cards. Used my first screen as a stepped time test, with a 500w halogen at 16in distance for 5, 10 and 15min intervals. All washed out okay - 15mins probably best - apart from the lumps in my appallingly coated screens!
